Much Of West Central And South Central Minnesota. The Advisory Is
Along And South Of A Line From Glenwood To Hutchinson To Owatonna.

Wind Chills Of 25 Below To Occasionally 35 Below Zero Will Occur
Through This Evening In The Advisory Area.

If You Are Planning Travel, Make Sure You Have A Winter Survival
Kit In Your Car Which Should Include Some Warm Cloths Or A
Sleeping Bag.

Noon For Areas West Of Alexandria To Mankato To The The Albert Lea
Area. In Addition, Some Drifting Snow May Also Persist Into The
Mid Morning Hours Near The Iowa Border.

A Wind Chill Advisory Is In Effect Until Noon For The Remainder Of
Southern And Central Minnesota Where Wind Chills Will Dip Into
The 25 Below Zero Range.
