DASSEL, MN — Crews should resume construction of a new water tower at the intersection of Highways 15 and 12 in Dassel this week, it was noted during city council action tonight.
Strong winds have deterred the crews from doing much work, Dave Scepaniak of public works observed. It was noted that the council did allow for a liberal time frame in order to attract better bids. The work is technically not due for completion until Sept. 30.
