		<description>Dear Candidates

In Minnesota there is a crisis among out families. At this time there is no laws allowing Non-custodal parents the right to see there children. Minnesota is the only state that does not allow this right. when the Courts issue a visitation order and a custodial parent disobeys the order. Law enforcement tells you to go back to court. You get another order and then it is disobeyed and you go back to court. There is no enforment of a visitation order because law enforcement states it is a civil order. Would you support, and introduce legislation that would allow for visitation enforcement.
Would you introduce and support legislation that punishs violators of Court Orders.
