The Cokato Finnish-American Historical Society will celebrate Pikkujoulu (means “Little Christmas” in Finnish) Saturday, Dec. 6 beginning at 3 p.m. with the lighting of the candles at the Cokato Finnish Cemetery.
Following is a potluck and program at 4:30 p.m. at the Cokato Township Hall.
Visitors are welcome to visit the illuminated cemetery after dark. To prepare for the lighting of the cemetery last year, Susie Keskey made ice candles.
