A while ago I blogged about becoming interested in NASCAR. I thought I would give you an update.
I am totally hooked! I love watching the races on Sundays. Wednesday of each week the excitement begins and I start thinking about Sunday’s race. I also mentioned that I joined a fantasy NASCAR league this year so I am all about the qualifying race as well. I am anxious to see who the leader is after qualifying so I can contemplate my pick for the next race. None of my picks have won that particular race (there has only been two races) but there is a certain rush in watching to see if my driver is going to win the race or not.
I am not real crazy about the crashes, etc but thankfully there haven’t been any personal injuries – thus far anyways!
And I can’t forget to mention, some of the commercials are hilarious!
