WADENA, MN – Meeker County mounted posse member Sue Barrick won first place for equitation at the seventh annual Mounted Patrol Clinic at the Wadena fairgrounds April 17-19, the Review Messenger reported.
The clinic was hosted by the Wadena County Mounted Sheriff’s Posse, and more than 120 people were involved. Posse members came from many counties, including Meeker, Carver, Becker, Beltrami, Carlton, Crow Wing, Dakota, Morrison, Ottertail, Scott, Sherburne, Todd, and Washington counties.
