Kathryn Niemela of Cokato was recently named to the 2008 fall semester
dean’s list at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, where she is a sophomore studying physical therapy. Students named to the dean’s list are full-time undergraduates who have attained
a grade point average of 3.75 or higher.
Andrew Kraemer of Dassel was recently named to the 2008 fall semester president’s list for the heavy equipment operation and maintenance program at Central Lakes College in Staples. The president’s list includes students who earned a grade point average of 3.75 to 4.0, while
enrolled for at least 12 credits.
Two students recently earned the distinction of being named to the dean’s list for the 2008 fall semester at the College of Saint Benedict in St. Joseph: Brooke Peterson, daughter of Mark and Marilyn Peterson of Cokato, who is a junior communication major; and Logan Thomson, daughter
of Sue and Scot Thomson of Cokato, who is a sophomore psychology and social work major. To be included on the dean’s list, students must have a grade point average of at least 3.8.
