DASSEL, MN — Mayor Mike Scanlon reported to the rest of the city council tonight that the new grocery store owners, Cam and Mary Beth Ryan of Albertville, will take over the store by May 28.
Their financing has been approved, and Cam’s last day at Nash Finch, which is the supplier to Gary’s Family Foods and many other grocery stores, will be May 14.
The grocery store will be renamed Red Rooster Foods.
