The DC Drumline took first place in Hutchinson over the weekend beating Rocori, Kenosha Beats (Wisconsin newcomer to the winter circuit), Buffalo, and Menomonie. The line improved opening weekend scores with a 10 point jump and continue to impress the judges with their musical abilities. Next weekend, DC drumline travels to Elk River and Buffalo with another two-show weekend.
Head Instructor Jade Warpeha said, “The judges really enjoy the show and believe that it has the potential to be a fantastic show if the kids step up and clean the small details.”
