Dassel-Cokato FFA members are excited to host their first Agstravaganza Saturday, March 18 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Highland Community Church in Cokato. FFA has been active in the Dassel and Cokato communities since chartering in 1938. Agstravaganza is a community celebration of FFA through the years, and our current members.
People of all ages are invited to this free community event to socialize, look through old scrapbooks and awards, enjoy a free meal, and meet FFA members. People may also play bingo and bid on silent auction items to benefit FFA members, and their impact in our communities.
The floriculture class is creating floral arrangements for the event to learn skills and add some spring color. There will be tractors on display, including a half-scale John Deere 4020, owned by DC FFA alumni Dennis and Dean Terning.
Agstravaganza is the kick-off to National Agriculture Week, and a community social before spring planting season. Please join DC FFA members for this ag-citing community event.
