I work for a small city in southern Minnesota, and I know how impressive this commendation is from the Pollution Control Agency. Many people have no idea what goes in to making a city function. People take for granted those that are there every day to make sure you have safe water to drink and waste water systems that function to serve the community you live in. Congrats to the City of Dassel and to Dave Scepaniak on this commendation. Keep up the good work. The City of Dassel is very fortunate to have you at the helm of their Waste Water treatment facility.
