ORDINANCE NO. 46
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 16
The City Council of Darwin, Minnesota ordains:
SECTION 1. REPEAL OF ORDINANCE NO. 16
Ordinance No. 16, being an ordinance that established a municipal liquor dispensary, passed May 26, 1953 and amended December 7, 2004, is hereby repealed and the municipal liquor dispensary it created is therefore abolished.
SECTION 2. Effective Date
This ordinance shall be in full force and effect January 1, 2023 at 12:01 am and is contingent on the successful completion of the pending sale of the municipal liquor dispensary, inventory, and equipment to Gaarder’s 66, Inc., who will own and operate said dispensary as of that date.
