Cokato museum sponsors vehicle revue

Back again after a four year hiatus, the Cokato Museum, as a part of the 59th Annual Cokato Corn Carnival festivities, will sponsor a Classic Vehicle Revue Wednesday, Aug. 13.
Collectors are invited to “show off” their vehicles on a blocked-off section of Fourth Street West, between Broadway and Millard Avenues. The official time for the show is 5 p.m. to 8 p.m., but collectors are welcome before and after those times. The definition of “vehicle” is open to each collector; cars, trucks, and even motorcycles are more than welcome at this show.
Because of other carnival-related activities, no vehicles can be displayed on Monday or Tuesday.
Due to limited space, early sign-up is strongly encouraged. Those who reserve a spot will receive a certificate identifying their entry. There will be no prizes, dash plaques, etc. given at this show.
For more information or to reserve a spot, please call the Cokato Museum at (320) 286-2427 or e-mail cokatomuseum@cmgate.com.
The Cokato Museum is a cooperative effort of the City of Cokato and the Cokato Historical Society.
