COKATO, MN – The Cokato Council approved new pool hours during last night’s city council meeting.
In the past, there had been an afternoon break from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
After receiving parent complaints, Katherin De Leon-Lantto recommended the hours be changed that would allow for no afternoon break.
Hours will be Monday through Friday from noon to 8 p.m., Saturday from noon to 7 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 6 p.m.
Lantto will also be certified to offer lifeguard classes in the future.
