Dassel and Cokato are starting to see some pretty big changes that are quite exciting. Downtown Cokato, for example, will soon have a visible food shelf on the corner of Broadway and 4th Street. This will also be a base for Minnesota Katrina Relief. Evolution is good, change is good. Although some would disagree. I’m glad to see it happening here. Dassel’s really going to see some changes with a brand new assisted living facility on the corner of Highway 15 and 12. How great will this be, a brand new building for commuters to see as they pass through? It shows the cities aren’t stagnant. Also, Dassel will soon have its own bakery once again. It’s wonderful to see growth in these small towns. Also, talks of a supper club in Dassel and possible dining in the golf course would be great. I can’t wait! But then again, there are people out there who don’t like change. What are your thoughts regarding these projects?
