Notice is hereby given, that the Local Board of Appeal and Equalization of the Township of Dassel in Meeker County, Minnesota, will meet on Thursday the 6th day of April 2023 at 11:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Dassel History Center, 901 1st Street N, Dassel, Minnesota. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether taxable property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and to deter‐ mine whether corrections need to be made.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you disagree with the valuation or classification after dis‐ cussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. The board will review your assessments and may make corrections as needed. Generally, you must ap‐ peal to the local board before appealing to the County board of appeal and equalization.

Stockholm Townships zoning ordinance amendments

SUMMARY OF
STOCKHOLM TOWNSHIP
ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Supervisors of the Township of Stockholm, Wright County, Minnesota, have adopted amendments to Stockholm Township Zoning Ordinance 92-2 effective immediately. Amendments to the Stockholm Township Zoning Ordinance include changes to section 502 (Appeals and Board of Adjustment), Section 503 (Planning Commission), and to sections of the ordinance pertaining to solar energy farms and solar energy systems. The purpose of the amendments is to clarify roles and responsibilities with regard to zoning reviews, hearings, and actions and to bring the Township ordinance in line with recently adopted zoning ordinance revisions by Wright County. A copy of the revisions to Stockholm Township Zoning Ordinance will be available at the office of the Town Clerk, during regular business hours by contacting the Clerk at 1.651.605.5173.

Important Information Regarding Property Assessments In Kingston Township, this may affect your 2024 property Taxes.
The Board of Appeal and Equalization for Kingston Township will meet on April 4, 2023, at 6:00 PM at the Kingston Community Center. The purpose of this meeting is to determine whether the property in the jurisdiction has been properly valued and classified by the assessor, and to determine whether corrections need to be made.
If you believe the value or classification of your property is incorrect, please contact your assessor’s office to discuss your concerns. If you are still not satisfied with the valuation or classification after discussing it with your assessor, you may appear before the local board of appeal and equalization. The board shall review the valuation, classification, or both if necessary, and shall correct it as needed. Generally, an appearance before your local board of appeal and equalization is required by law before an appeal can be taken to your county board of appeal and equalization.
