NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bids for the construction of the 240th Street Micro-Surfacing Project will be received online through QuestCDN vBid™ until Friday, June 23, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. local time. Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of Dassel Township will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening meeting. Those interested in viewing the online Bid opening are welcome to join the meeting by logging on to https://zoom.us/join or calling 1.309.205.3325 and entering Meeting ID 952 3332 8467 and Passcode 146775. The as-read online Bid results will be available at www.questcdn.com following the Bid opening.
The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following approximate quantities:
19,000 GAL Bituminous Material for Micro-Surfacing
330 TON – Micro-Surfacing Scratch Course
290 TON – Micro-Surfacing Surface Course
13,500 L F – Striping
The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of Dassel Township shall comply with the provisions of the statute.
Information and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at www.questcdn.com. Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the website for a nonrefundable fee of $55 by inputting Quest project #8544694 on the website’s Project Search page.
The website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the website www.questcdn.com. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from other sources.
Bids will only be accepted via the electronic bidding service through QuestCDN.
The Township Board reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive any Bids received without explanation. No Bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.

Dassel-Cokato School Board minutes 4/10/23
OFFICIAL SCHOOL BOARD MINUTES
I.S.D. #466, BOARD OF EDUCATION APRIL 10, 2023
5:00 PM WORK SESSION
DASSEL-COKATO BOARD ROOM
“In partnership with our communities and families, we will educate and inspire all learners to maximize their potential, promote lifelong learning, and become contributing members of society”
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a work session of the Board of Education of Independent School District No. 466 (Dassel-Cokato, Minnesota) was duly held in the Dassel-Cokato Board Room, Cokato, Minnesota, on Monday, April 10, 2023.
Board Chair Engh called the meeting to order at 5:00 PM.
The following members were present: Engh, Sangren, Miller, Halverson, Bohnsack, Kantola. The following were absent: none.
The meeting began with the pledge of allegiance.
Motion by Sangren, seconded by Bohnsack, to accept the agenda as printed. Motion carried unanimously.
Engh led the discussion about the superintendent’s evaluation for this year. Engh suggested that they would send out the survey to a variety of staff members that work with the superintendent to gather feedback on a variety of topics. The school board agreed the survey should be opened for seven days and the results would come back to the board and then superintendent.
High School Principal Chris Meisch gave a presentation on High School Scheduling. Meisch shared what graduation requirements are and the current process for projecting the master schedule. He reviewed what the average section student count was in a variety of areas. Meisch shared what some of the district’s upcoming class enrollment numbers are.
Motion by Halverson, seconded by Sangren for policy review acceptance of 414, 415, 416, & 419. They all saw minor changes recommended by MSBA due to changes in statute and case law. Motion carried unanimously.
Policies 417 and 418 were presented for a first reading and will be brought to the April 24th Regular Board Meeting for a second reading.
Being no further business, Board Chair Engh adjourned the meeting at 6:20 PM.
