Amphibians will be on display at Lake Maria State Park

MAPLE LAKE, MN – Frogs, toads and salamanders who live at Lake Maria State Park will be on display during a program at the park’s nature center on Saturday, Sept. 27, beginning at 10 a.m.
A park naturalist will explain habitat, life cycles, identification, calls, food sources, winter survival and environmental concerns.
Live frogs and toads will be on hand.
Lake Maria State Park is located approximately seven miles northwest of Monticello, five miles north of Maple Lake and 10 miles northeast of Annandale on Wright County Highway 111.
