Dairy Princess ambassadors sought

The American Dairy Association of McLeod County is seeking Ambassadors to participate in this year’s Dairy princess program. Ambassadors help the dairy princess at various promotional events and speak to consumers and the media. The McLeod County Dairy Association Spring Banquet will be held March 21, 2009 at the Pla Mor Ballroom in Glencoe, MN.
An Ambassador must be a sophomore in high school. She or her parents must be actively engaged in the production of milk for sale to a licensed plant during the current year. An Ambassador also qualifies if she or her parents are employed on a dairy farm in a dairy-related capacity.
