Could it happen in Minnesota?

An explosive device damaged a military recruiting station in Times Square this morning. It shattered the station’s glass entryway. Witnesses staying at the Marriot hotel four blocks away and 44 stories up could feel the shake from the blast. In September, the national Republican convention will come to the Twin Cities. I’m worried the anarchists, anti-military Code Pink, protesters of every shade and type will descend on Minnesota to get their faces plastered on TV and in the news media. I’m just sure someone, somewhere is going to explode something here too. I hope no one gets hurt. Some people crave attention so badly, there’s no way to stop them.

Well, I guess I COULD stay inside and never go out. OR, I can go on with my life, and let the forces that spin the world do what they may. I refuse to live my life wondering if stupid people are going to kill me in the name of some futile cause.

In fact, here’s how it’s going to be. Every day Code Pink, al Qaeda, Al Franken, or any other fear-inspiring force fails to eliminate me, I will be out in the real world, laughing at them. Come on, do your worst, you pansies! I’m here, where were you today?
