CORRECTION: HLWW grades 7 to 12 go to distance learning Nov. 30

The article in today’s Herald Journal about HLWW and its learning models was incorrect.  The correct information is below.

Students in grades 7 through 12 will start distance learning Monday, Nov. 30.
Students no longer come to school.  Mondays and Tuesdays, and Thursdays and Fridays they follow the gold/blue calendar for classes and schedule.

Students will follow the new Wednesday schedule for classes  – no new instruction on Wednesdays – check in and homework help.

Students may return to school on Jan. 15, 2021, if things improve.

No school Nov. 23-25 for teacher planning days.

Grades K-6 will start hybrid model Monday, Nov. 30.
All students still come to school but, are spread out more to meet the health guidelines.
No school for grade 5 and 6 on Wednesday, November 25 for teacher planning time, and to move to larger spaces.
