Chicks hatch at St. Mary’s Care Center in Winsted

chicks.winsted.st.marysWINSTED, MN – Residents of St. Mary’s Care Center in Winsted received two dozen chicken eggs April 1. Each day, residents turned the eggs in an incubator to help them warm evenly.

The chicks began hatching April 23, and last week, 15 fluffy, yellow birds could be heard peeping happily at St. Mary’s.
