YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED: The Economic Development Authority has submitted an Application for Consideration of Zoning Request to the Planning Commission of Lester Prairie. The Lester Prairie City Council will hold a public hearing regarding a minor subdivision lot split on March 14, 2023 at 7:00 pm. at City Hall.
The purpose of said public hearing is to receive public input, orally or in writing, personally, by agent or attorney, regarding the minor subdivision lot split located

PROPOSED DESCRIPTIONS
Tract 1 – That part of the herein described Parcel, which lies northerly of a line described as: Commencing at the southeast corner of the East Half of said Northeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of North 01 degrees 02 minutes 08seconds West along the east line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 49.96 feet to the north line of Burlington Northern Railroad; thence continuing North 01 degrees 02 minutes 08 seconds West along the east line of said East Half of the Northeast Quarter, a distance of 816.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 57 minutes 58 seconds West a distance of 850.00 feet; thence South 01 degrees 02 minutes 08 seconds East a distance of 75.93 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 89 degrees 00 minutes 37 seconds West, a distance of 375.79 feet to said Point A of the Parcel Description and said line there terminating. PARCEL DESCRIPTION: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 116, Range 27, McLeod County, Minnesota that lies east of a line described as follows: Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the of the Northeast Quarter; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 01 minutes 29 seconds East along the north line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 1235.56 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 00 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West a distance of 1429.14 feet to the south line of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and said line there terminating. AND that part of the East Half of the Northeast Quarter of Section 2, Township 116, Range 27, McLeod County, Minnesota, which lies north of the north line of the Burlington Northern Railroad.
