Do you ever wonder how a gallery decides to give a new artist the first show? The Winsted Arts Council is doing just that with an event that takes place this weekend, Saturday, May 14, at the Winsted Arts Council building located downtown, Winsted. The event will be open to the public from 1 to 3 p.m.
