WILLMAR — The Delano boys recovered from stuffing their bellies with turkey nicely Nov. 30, picking up a 62-57 win at Willmar in the season-opener.

Senior Keagen Smith was outstanding for the Tigers, scoring 28 points and collecting six rebounds.

Delano seconded the road win at Willmar with a dominating win over Becker Tuesday night at home, at the Tiger Activity Center.

Everybody saw some playing time is the Tigers’ 84-49 win.

Delano was just too good for Becker. The Tigers ran an awesome transition game en route to a 43-21 advantage at halftime.

Senior Terron O’Neill was aggressive and affective for the Tigers. He finished with a career-high 23 points to lead all scorers.

O’Neill gathered four rebounds and collected three steals.
