Bob Winters of Waverly passed away Sunday

It was a somber council meeting in Waverly last night as the passing of Bob Winters, 53, of Waverly was announced. Winters served on both the Waverly Economic Development Authority and the Planning and Zoning Committee, as its president. The reason for his death is unknown and he was said to have been taking a nap when it happened. Our thoughts and prayers are with the Winters’ family and friends.
