Lester Prairie School will host a  band concert for the public Monday, May 15, at 7:30 p.m., in the North Gym, 131 Hickory St. N., Lester Prairie.

The Winsted Lake Watershed Association annual plant sale will take place Thursday, May 18 through Saturday, May 20 across from Holy Trinity School.
Hours are Thursday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to noon.
Donated perennial plants, garden art, and a variety of annual flowers and vegetables will be offered. -Plant donations encouraged. Contact Evelyn Fowler 612-508-6976.

Mayer Lutheran’s grand march will take place today, Friday, May 5 at 6 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center at Mayer Lutheran.
The public is invited to come and enjoy the processional and to support the students who participate in this tradition.

The St. John LWML will host a salad luncheon Saturday, May 6, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., at St. John Lutheran Church of Hollywood, 17725 53rd St., New Germany. Adults, $10. Children ages five to 10, $3. Children four and under, eat for free.

The Waverly Knights of Columbus pancake breakfast will take place Sunday, May 7, from 8 to11 a.m.  at the Waverly KC Hall, 301  5th St N, Waverly. Pancakes, (regular and blueberry), french toast, sausage, eggs, coffee, milk and juice will be served. Takeout available. There will be a free will offering at the door. Proceeds donated to KC scholarships.

The Lester Prairie American Legion Auxiliary #463 will host a pillow cleaning event at Lester Prairie City Hall. Early drop-off hours 6 to 8 p.m., Tuesday, May 9. The event will take place Wednesday, May 10, from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
