The yearbook meeting that was scheduled for this Thursday has been postponed until next Tuesday, Dec. 8th.

Volleyball players must have their uniforms turned into the office by tomorrow.

 

  

Breakfast with Santa in New Germany, Saturday

NEW GERMANY, MN – Santa arrives on fire truck in New Germany about 9:30 a.m., and will ride around town. At about 10 a.m. he will stop in the parking lot at St. Mark Lutheran Church in New Germany and distribute treat bags. Bring your camera and take a picture with Santa and Mrs. Claus.

We will have confessions tomorrow at church.  The 5/6 grades will go at 8:15.  Please check the schedule as to when each grade is to go over.

NHS will start tutoring tomorrow at 7:30 in Mr. Wagner’s room.

The NHS’s Birthright Project is still underway. Students who bring in $5.00 or a baby item tomorrow can wear sweatpants to school.  Please bring the money and items to Mr. Wagner’s room.

Students should please check the lost and found items on the table by the trophy case.  These items were left in the locker rooms from last year.  All unclaimed items will be taken to the Worn-a-Bit.

The NHS’s Baby Drive is still going on this week.  Bring in your change, or dollars or a baby item.  If you bring in $5.00 or a baby item this Wednesday, Dec. 2nd you can wear sweat pants to school.

 

We will have Advent Confessions this Wednesday starting at 8:15 with the 11th & 12th grade in the church.

 

Watershed project helps improve quality of Howard Lake

FOR SUBSCRIBERS: The mission of the Howard Lake Watershed Alliance is to “organize and implement activities that will help protect, and enhance environmental and wildlife interests pertaining to Howard Lake and its watershed,” and the latest project completed on Howard Lake was another example of that mission in action.
