The arts expo and craft fair sponsored by Howard Lake-Waverly-Winsted Community Education is set for Saturday, Nov. 17 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the HLWW Middle School in Howard Lake with more than 100 exhibitors. There is no admission fee.
