Traffic had to be diverted around the scene of another truck vs. bridge crash in Howard Lake Thursday, March 9 afternoon.

The top of a semi-trailer struck the bottom of the bridge on County Road 6 near the Wright County Fairgrounds in the early afternoon causing significant damage to the trailer.

There was no word of any injuries or other vehicles involved in the incident. Motorists should continue to be aware that they may need to detour around the crash scene until further notice.

The low clearance bridge has been the site of numerous similar mishaps with trucks for many years in the City of Howard Lake.
